Eric Baker, President & CEO

Eric understands the intersection of business and law in the transportation industry like few others. His 20+ years of experience serving as general counsel to large transportation companies gave him an inside view to the regulatory and economic challenges facing companies today. Eric saw the need for a solution to the cost and burden associated with the review of business-as-usual agreements, including the most common agreements used in the transportation industry. He has been instrumental in designing and optimizing a tech-enabled solution to serve the industry. Eric understands the economics of transportation and in addition to his traditional practice of transportation law, is devoted to finding creative, cost-effective, and workable solutions for the transportation industry. Eric is also a member of the Board of Directors for Transaction Expeditors.

Stacey Katz, Chief Administrative Officer

As a former general counsel of a large transportation company, Stacey understands the obstacles standing in the way of cost-effective and efficient contract review of business-as-usual and transportation-related agreements. She also understands the economic pressures faced by businesses and is committed to finding alternative ways of providing services and products without compromising on quality. Stacey has been instrumental in conceiving and designing an AI contract review product for the transportation industry. She’s helped to co-create products and services that are the out-of-the box solutions she wanted when working in-house but could never find. Stacey is also a member of the Board of Directors for Transaction Expeditors.
